By accessing or using Creator Jobs, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use our services.

2. Description of Service

Creator Jobs is a two-sided job marketplace connecting employers (agencies, creators) with workers (chatters, VAs, editors, marketers) in the creator economy. We provide tools to post jobs, apply to positions, and communicate between parties.

3. User Accounts

  • You must provide accurate and complete information when creating an account
  • You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials
  • You may not share your account with others or create multiple accounts
  • We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms

4. Employer Responsibilities

  • Job postings must be for legitimate positions with accurate descriptions
  • Employers must not post misleading, discriminatory, or illegal job listings
  • Employers are responsible for the hiring decisions they make
  • Payment for subscription plans is non-refundable unless required by law

5. Worker Responsibilities

  • Worker profiles must contain accurate and truthful information
  • Workers must not submit false applications or misrepresent their qualifications
  • Workers are solely responsible for any work agreements made with employers

6. Prohibited Conduct

You agree not to:

  • Use the platform for any unlawful purpose
  • Harass, abuse, or harm other users
  • Scrape, crawl, or otherwise systematically extract data
  • Attempt to circumvent any security features
  • Post spam or unsolicited communications

7. Limitation of Liability

Creator Jobs is a platform that facilitates connections between employers and workers. We are not a party to any employment agreements and are not responsible for any disputes, damages, or losses arising from those relationships.

8. Changes to Terms

We may update these terms from time to time. Continued use of the platform after changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms.
